Mobile Certification Platform for Ukrainian Agriculture
AgroCertify is an app that replaced paper-based workflows in agricultural certification. Producers, auditors, and administrators now share a single platform with offline capability and a transparent log of every inspection.
The Problem
Agricultural producers in Ukraine went through certification entirely by hand: paper forms, in-person auditor visits, postal documentation. Weeks passed between submitting an application and receiving a certificate.
Field auditors kept paper records — often in areas without mobile coverage — and manually entered data back at the office. Errors, missing documents, and a lack of transparency for regulators were routine.
The client needed a digital solution for three roles with fundamentally different tasks: producers submit applications, auditors conduct inspections, administrators oversee the process — all with the ability to work offline in the field.
What We Built
We built a mobile app for iOS and Android with three distinct role-based flows. Producers manage their applications and track status at every step. Auditors travel to inspections, fill out structured forms, photograph sites, and sign reports — all in the app, no paper. Administrators have the full picture: all applications, all auditors, all statuses.
The key requirement was full offline operation. Auditors must not depend on mobile coverage in the field. All actions are stored on the device and automatically synced when connectivity returns.
