Finca Son Perot — An Olive-Oil Estate Website in Mallorca

Finca Son Perot is an olive-oil estate in Mallorca's Orient valley, within the UNESCO Serra de Tramuntana. Codevia built a premium, trilingual website that brings together three offers: estate tours, D.O. Mallorca oil sales, and a private events venue.

Finca Son Perot — olive-oil estate website

The Problem

An estate with millennial olives and oil under the protected D.O. Oli de Mallorca label is a premium product with deep history. But without a worthy online presence, that story never reaches guests — neither those looking for a tour, nor those who want to buy the oil or host an event.

The challenge was compounded by the estate offering three different things at once — tours, oil, and a private venue — to an international audience speaking several languages. All of it had to live within one coherent story, without turning the site into a service catalog.

What We Built

We built a React and Vite site with an editorial, Mediterranean design: full-bleed imagery, smooth scroll animations, and generous whitespace. The structure walks a guest through a story — from the Orient valley and the Martorell family to the three ways to experience Son Perot: the tour, the oil, and the private venue.

Each offer gets its own section with a clear call to action: book a visit, order the oil, send a venue inquiry. The site is fully trilingual — English, Spanish, and German — with a tidy language switcher, so Mallorca's international visitors see content in their own language without separate versions.

Key Capabilities

  • Estate Story

Editorial sections tell the story of the Martorell family and the Orient valley: more than three thousand olive trees, many of them over a thousand years old.

  • Estate Tours

A tour page built around a slow walk among millennial trees, a first-press oil tasting, and a Mallorcan table — with a clear call to book a visit.

  • D.O. Mallorca Oil

A presentation of premium oil under the protected D.O. Oli de Mallorca label — a Picual, Arbequina, and Mallorquina coupage, pressed same-day in Soller.

  • Private Venue

An arched terrace with mountain views and ancient olives for private events and tastings — up to eighty guests, with an inquiry form.

  • Trilingual Interface

The site is fully available in English, Spanish, and German — for the island's international visitors, with a tidy language switcher.

  • Premium Design

A Mediterranean editorial aesthetic with full-bleed imagery, smooth scroll animations, and generous whitespace — the site feels like a lifestyle-magazine spread.

Outcomes

A Premium First Impression

The site matches the product: millennial olives and oil under a protected label deserve a lifestyle-magazine presentation, not a generic business website.

Three Offers in One Place

Tours, oil sales, and the private venue are presented distinctly yet within a single story — each with its own clear call to action.

Ready for International Guests

A trilingual interface opens the estate to English-, Spanish-, and German-speaking visitors to Mallorca without separate site versions.

Why It Matters

For a niche premium brand, the website isn't a formality — it's the first impression. A guest who hasn't seen the valley yet decides right here whether to visit, order the oil, or book the venue. A lifestyle-magazine-grade design makes that choice easy.

Finca Son Perot shows that Codevia works not only on complex products but also on premium websites, where design, story, and detail matter just as much as the code.
